How often do you provide service?
We offer weekly, twice a month and one time clean up. Lets tailor a service to your needs and number of pets.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, as long as we have access to your yard, you do not need to be present. We'll ensure your gate is closed after each visit.
Can my dog be in the yard during service?
Yes if your dog is friendly towards strangers. If your dog is aggressive or anxious around new people, we recommend keeping them indoors during our visit.
How do you dispose of the waste?
We provide secure on-site bagging and disposal in your trash bin. Off-site hauling is also available upon request for an extra charge.
Is dog waste harmful to my lawn or health?
Yes dog waste can contain harmful bacteria and parasites. Leaving it on your lawn can cause health risk and damage your lawn.
Is there any danger of cross contamination between yards?
To ensure the safety of your home and pets, we thoroughly disinfect our tools and footwear after every visit. This strict sanitation process eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between yards.

We offer contract-free services for your peace of mind. You have the flexibility to pause or discontinue your service whenever you need, with no penalty or commitment required.

If you need to skip a scheduled service, please notify us in advance. We will be happy to adjust your billing accordingly.
